I met Tuesday and Luis in September in Harrisburg, PA, at Woofstock. I couldn’t speak cuz I was too busy crying, but Luis gave me a warm hug in understanding. I love that dogs are being utilized to help these veterans who would otherwise be living – and dying – alone.
