As a long term shelter worker and former shelter manager I would like to point out that there is a definate difference between a frightened dog and a truly aggressive dog. I am happy for Chase and so glad she got a chance to be happy; she so deserved it. With that being said; a truly damaged and aggressive dog could not have made this transition. Chase made it quickly as she was just very frightened, not truly aggressive.
THANK GOD THERE ARE CARING, PATIENT AND LOVING PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO SHOW THESE POOR DOGS THE GOOD SIDE OF PEOPLE WHEN ALL THEY HAVE WITNESSED IS THE BAD SIDE!! I AM SO THANKFUL FOR DOG FILES BECAUSE IT LETS US SEE THESE DOG RESCUES ALONG WITH THE GOOD PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED.
So happy Chase has a new and loving life. She deserves to be happy. Best wishes to you little sweet baby.
