URGENT! Dog Files And Tonic Unite To Help Patrick The Miracle Dog See Justice Done

The Dog Files is very pleased to announce our partnership with Tonic.com!

Tonic.com is a site about doing good deeds. It asks people to do one act that will help a cause. Usually it’s a pretty simple act.

I’m proud to say that Tonic has picked the Dog Files to be their doggie liaison. We will be choosing one good deed a week that will help the pooches and the people that help the pooches. It should be a lot of fun and hopefully do a lot of good.

What I like about Tonic is that they like to do good deeds that have an immediate impact of whatever they are supporting. They take clear, concrete steps that help and this is also the Dog Files philosophy.

The deeds will be a mixture of fun doggie evangelism and deeds that will truly help our hounds. We’ll take baby steps and build and build till it becomes a movement that truly changes the way America and the World view our beloved dogs.

Our goal is to make Dog Advocacy fun and fulfilling. I hope you guys will join with us and make a difference for our furry friends.

The Good Deed

PatrickOur first good deed is asking the entire Dog Files community to sign a petition for stronger Animal Cruelty laws in New Jersey.

New Jersey is rated 47th out of 50 states for their animal cruelty laws. That means there are 46 states that do better for their doggies.

We cannot just accept this!

A few weeks ago, Keith Stoeckeler decided it needed to change and he created a petition for this based on Patrick the Miracle Dog and the abuse he went through. Keith’s plans are to deliver this list to the Prosecutor on Friday, May 6th at the trial of Patrick’s abuser, Kisha Curtis.

Keith has 7000 signatures so far. We have four days to get to 10,000. I’m asking all Dog Filers to check out the whole story at Tonic.com and then sign the petition. WE CAN DO THIS!!! I believe in the power of the hound and the power of the Dog Files Community!

And please, do it for Patrick and all the other patrick’s that have come before and will come in the future. They give us their unconditional love. We need to protect them.

please don’t forget Hawaii. The Big Island is horrible to dogs. There are few areas to exercise your dogs in. I have yet seen a park that allows dogs and there is only one beach area that will let you walk them on a leash. There are no hotels or motels that allow dogs. We really need some help. Dog owners keep their dogs tied up 24/7 or penned up in small kennels.
Seems like everyone is supporting the mainland states and new dog laws but, we really need them here. Thank you.

Animal are the most trusting creatures on the planet and the most abused..the only thing a dog does to hurt you is to die and leave you…All who hurt animals,,I hope you come back in another life as an animal yourself.
