The True Meaning Of Christmas

A Nativity Scene was erected in a church yard.

During the night the folks came across this scene. An abandoned dog was looking for a comfortable, protected place to sleep. so he climbed in the manger.

They let him sleep there all night.

Was it a coincidence that the dog was a German SHEPHERD?

Merry Christmas!

What a beautiful sight…poor little dog found a good place to sleep…I would take him/her home in a heartbeat too…..how can people be so wicked and cold hearted to abandon a puppy but worst of all, in the winter!!!!  I firmly believe that people like this are wired wrong….

After reading and looking at this endearing picture, my husband and I said at the same time, “I’d take him in a minute!” I pray that he has found his forever home for Christmas.

is that the one at joan of arc catholic church….the one a few days after this somebody shot him in the head cause the priest said “someone get rid of that dog”….if it is, he is now in the custody of Dogs Deserve Better and is doing well…if this is not him, i hope someone had the decency to take him home.

This homeless dog was found sleeping in Jesus’ manger. The Nativity set
was located at the central square of Criciuma, a small town in Santa
Catarina state, south of Brazil. In places like this, dogs come and go.  They aren’t really feral.  They just survive on the outskirts of the community.

isn’t there a verse “and he will take unto him the animals” If I were to look for comfort what better place than with him?
