Susan Miller was so mad that she stepped into dog droppings left by her neighbor’s pet, she didn’t waste time in sending back a smelly gift, according to police.
The Naperville woman allegedly gathered up the excrement and threw it at the neighbor’s sliding patio screen Wednesday night. She also strung several plastic bags filled with dog feces “on various places on the patio,” police said.
Miller, 43, also swiped a sign — asking the apartment complex residents to pick up dog waste — and placed it on the dog owner’s property, police said.
Miller was charged with disorderly conduct.
Miller faced charges….???? What the heck? What about the crappy dog owner who continually trespassed and “littered” on her property. It’s asses like that who give responsible dog owners a bad name.
How does she know it was their dog?? I live in a neighborhood where there is atleast 20 dogs. I have two myself and I don’t know the difference from my dogs and my neighbors. She had NO right to do this. She could have asked or even complained to management about it. She should be heavily charged with not only the things she did but also stupidity.
@Smybock – granted the dog owner should not have left it there for someone to step in, but even you have to admit that Miller is facing charges because HER response was over the top and attacked someone elses property as well as the property of the city. This dog owner needs to pick up after their dog and Miller needs a serious stint of anger management!
