I think the lady may be hard of hearing or deaf. Her voice sounds like a “deaf voice”.

First of all, dogs should NOT be eating human food at all, let alone spaghetti! Feeding that TO the dogs is telling them that it belongs to them and it's okay for them to eat it! Noodles are made of Wheat, which is one of the top 3 allergens in dogs. It is difficult to digest (as is corn and soy) and should never be fed to animals…. people may think they are “spoiling” their dogs this way as if they are giving them a treat, but it's not a treat, it's a death sentence that will most certainly happen way too soon if they continue to be fed the wrong things.
Oh, for goodness’ sake. Dogs are omnivores, just like humans. Death sentence, indeed. I can see that in your perception everything’s the end of the world….. Learn to have a little perspective.
