The person that did those awful things to Patrick should have the same things done to them!!!! I think if judges would allow that as punishment in all cases of abuse I bet it would stop!!!!! Thank goodness this dog had such a will to live-he looks so good-I am so happy he is experiencing a “GOOD LIFE” !!!!! and obviously a “HAPPY LIFE”.

this is so SAD why have a dog if you could careless. i have 5 dogs. and I wouldn’t Dream of doing something to my pets. like that. never ever. I LOVE MY DOGS. they even have there own car. that they get to go by by in. there name’s are lucky, misty, daisy, sophie, and tarra. 4 big dog’s one little one. we are there voice’s.

Good to see that Patrick is doing so well. However, I know from experience that it may take years until the trauma does no longer affect such a poor soul. It requires lots of love and care and I hope that Patrick has found or will soon find a loving owner who will treat him well for the rest of his live!

WHEN YOU THINK WHERE PATRICK WAS ON 3/16TH 2010 AND 3/17TH AND WHERE HE IS NOW.. IT IS TRULY A MIRACLE. SIMPLY A WONDERFUL STORY FILLED WITH JOYOUS TEARS, GOOSE BUMPS OF HAPPINESS AND BLESSINGS FROM ABOVE. THANKS TO THE VETS AND ALL WOULD HELPED. HE MUST NOW HAVE HIS FOREVER HOME AND BELLA AND I AM SENDING HUGS AND KISSES TO THIS BEAUTIFUL BABY.
I had seen many pics of dogs in deplorable conditions. But when I first saw Patrick, the photos made me sick. Such a beautiful animal and to be treated like garbage. It hurt. Now this picture….what a handsome dog. To all the people who’ve cared for Partick, you should be proud. Patrick is proud of all you’ve done for him. You all truly care. 🙂
Thanks for the update- I have followed this from the beginning but lost track. We celebrate what a miracle of survival this is and for all the horrible abuses of man, there are still an overwhelming world of brilliant,loving, caring humans who selflessly fight for the rights of all animals.
I am so happy for him he is beautiful – has anyone heard what ever happened to the abuser?
We need stronger laws! We need stronger laws! We need stronger laws! It can’t be said enough.. Studies have shown that people who torture animals often grow up to be killers of humans. Until our leaders take this problem seriously it’s not going to stop.
