Restrictions on dogs, wind up being restrictions on people.

When will authorities realise that if a dog has nowhere to socialise, run free and live a natural life then it is more likely to develop behavioural problems and be a danger to the public. They are creating the very monster they’re trying to prevent.

So true Michael. I don’t understand why anyone would think dogs want to walk at the end of oa short leash all the time. I see in the on the Arboretum where I live and feel bad for many of them as they never get to run or play or even say hello. Granted we’re not supposed to have dogs off leash there but that hasn’t stopped many of us. In nearby Brookline there are dog parks and you have to pay (a lot if you don’t liv there) . More dogs than kids and canine political clout? I’m moving to San Francisco.
