Talk about being at the right place at the right time!
A Seattle dog owner was overjoyed after her trainer resuscitated her dog during a training session.
KING 5 released a video that shows Tiffany Kauth clearly distressed when her dog becomes unresponsive.
The video shows the trainer acting quickly and doing compressions on the dog’s chest. The trainer can also be seen checking the dog’s mouth for obstructions and breathing into the dog’s nose.
Another person on the scene calmed Kauth by telling her to call the dog’s name.
Kauth can be heard calling “Sugar, Sugar, Sugar” as the trainer continues administering CPR.
Thankfully, Sugar eventually came to.
Kauth says that according to the vet, Sugar was having a seizure and likely has a heart condition that will require her to moderate his activity in the future.
Here’s a step by step video on how to give CPR to your dog.
Thank you for this excellent video on how to do CPR.
