What kind of person would hurt any animal that was not a threat to them? I think we need to get more harsher laws on animal abuse and these people need to start doing jail and prison time along with hefty fines and not allowed to have any contact with animals whatsoever. I would have stepped in no matter what the cost also. On my way to step in hopefully I would have my cell phone to call 911 if I had time. It’s sad to say but if the puppy had to live this kind of life with these people he’s better off dead than be abused daily. Laurie

I think the girlfriend ought to go to jail too.. if she lied for that peice of crap she is an accomplis as far as I’m concerned. It couldn’t be news to her that her boyfriend mistreated the dog. If my boyfriend did that to one of my dogs I’d be the first one pointing him out. What the hell is wrong with all the other people who witnessed it and didn’t do a damned thing?! F’ing losers!!

Just makes me soooooo sick. What about the people that saw him kicking this poor baby down the street??? Do you have no conscience to actually DO SOMETHING????!!! I would have risked everything to save the dog from such an awful death.
