I speak from experience! I've had 6 dogs die or go missing ever since my neighbor married a man who started throwing lit firecrackers at neighborhood animals since the day he moved in. Nothing can be proven so there's nothing to investigate. The justice system really leaves the animals prey to monsters! Someone has to report the actual activity before anyone will listen. How tragically sad. I can't imagine how depraved & sick these people must be!!!! My heart bleeds for all the victims, I know how it feels. I dont know what to say. All my years of doing this I have seen some pretty sick things,but this OMG and in NY I doubt she will do any time over it.
